Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via USPS. We currently ship within the U.S. only. All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays. For damaged or missing orders, contact us at ebony@simplycreatedcrafts.com within 5 days of delivery.
