At Simply Created, we take great pride in handcrafting each of our products with care and attention to detail. Because of the handmade nature of our items, all sales are final. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. Please review our policy below:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
💬Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective. We encourage you to inspect your order upon delivery and reach out to us immediately if there is a problem so we can make it right.
To report a damaged item, contact us at ebony@simplycreatedcrafts.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
✨Personalized Items
Personalized, or special-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are created uniquely for you. Please confirm all details before placing your order.
📦Shipping Responsibility for Returns (If Approved)
If your item is approved for return due to damage or error, Simply Created will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other eligible return cases (if any), the customer will be responsible for return shipping.
Note: Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If a return is approved, you may place a new order once the refund has been processed.
📦 Damages & Issues
We care deeply about the quality of our handcrafted items and want your order to arrive in perfect condition. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.

If the item was damaged in transit or if we made an error with your order, we will cover the cost of return shipping and either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on availability.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please wait for confirmation before sending anything back.
💳 Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at ebony@simplycreatedcrafts.com.
